Mr. XU Kaihua, currently serves as chairman and president of our Company. Mr. Xu is the founder of our Company. Mr. Xu currently also serves as executive director of Fengcheng Xinyuanxing New Materials Co., Ltd. and supervisor of Shenzhen Huifengyuan Investment Co., Ltd.. Mr. Xu currently is the vice president of China Association of Circular Economy. Mr. Xu obtained a master’s degree in Metallurgical Materials from Central South University,and is a part-time professor at Central South University and Bandung Institute of Technology. Mr. Xu wasengaged in teaching and research at Central South University and had conducted short-term cooperative research with Yamamoto Research Office of University of Tokyo (as a senior researcher)

Ms. WANG Min, currently serves as Director of our Company. Ms. Wang is a co-founder of our Company. Ms. Wang currently also serves as an executive director of Shenzhen Huifengyuan Investment Co. Ltd. Ms. Wang previously worked for the middle plate factory of Anhui Ma’anshan Iron & Steel Company, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Vanke Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen Zhongwu Group, and Shenzhen Zhongjin High Energy Battery Material Co. Ltd.

Mr. ZHOU Bo, currently serves as Director and executive vice president of our Company. Mr. Zhou previously worked for Baosteel Group Chaoyang Precision Strip Steel Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Zhongjin High Energy Battery Material Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhou graduated from MBA training program of Renmin University of China and processes qualification of engineer.

Mr. PAN Hua, currently serves as Director and vice president of our company. Mr. Pan previously served as the Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu KLK Co., Ltd., General Manager of GEM (Wuxi) Energy Materials Co., Ltd. Mr. Pan Graduated from the Mechanical Manufacturing Major at Jiangnan University.

Mr. PAN Feng, currently serves as independent Director of our Company. Mr. Pan currently also serves as independent director of Tiantong Holdings Co., Ltd. and non-independent director of Chongyi Zhanyuan Tungsten Co., Ltd. Mr. Pan previously worked for Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials Research Institute. From July 1996 to present, Mr. Pan has been a professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Materials of Tsinghua University. Mr. Pan graduated from Tsinghua University, majoring in Material Physics, with a doctoral degree.

Mr. TANG Sheng is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and an International Internal Auditor. Since July 2006, he has been teaching in the Accounting Department of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, where he currently serves as a Professor of Accounting and a Master's Supervisor. Mr. Tang serves as the Independent Director at GEM, External Director at Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Independent Director at both Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Boshuo Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Tang finished his Phd. program in Accounting in Jinan University.
